The old adage, "There's no place like home" from L. Frank Baum is just as true for me as it is for everyone else, and that is why when I am not helping clients, you can find me hanging out with my husband (Tony) and our two rescue cats (Bangers & Mash) as we all watch our favorite football club, Liverpool FC win matches ;)

When it comes to Real Estate over the past 11 years, I have been fortunate enough to help buyers, sellers & investors in the Metro Vancouver market reach their Real Estate Goals.

My specialty is Transitional Real Estate, which at its core is helping individuals and families that are in highly emotional or exciting times when buying or selling property. People who value this high level of service are families and individuals going through a divorce, losing a loved one, downsizing, relocation, and first-time homebuyers.

I have sought out Education to support my clients. I have studied and achieved my MCNE Designation (Master Certified Negotiation Expert), completing 48 hours of negotiation training and tactics based on the Harvard Negotiation Program models.

In 2016 I attended the Certified Coaching Alliance and received my CTC Designation (Certified Transition Coach) to enhance my client offering to coach clients through large transitions.

Finally, I attained my SRES Designation (Seniors Real Estate Specialist), ensuring that individuals I help downsize are well cared for. Individuals choose to work with me because of experience, knowledge, and commitment to excellence.

Having worked in the customer service environment for over fifteen years and many years in sales, transitioning into Real Estate was a no-brainer. Not only do I love being around people, but I also have a passion for doing more, going that extra mile, and helping others. I cannot think of a better way to help to do that than to help clients find their forever home.

From the moment I moved to Vancouver, I fell in love with this city and all the beauty this province offers. Therefore, when I am not in the office or assisting clients, you can find me outdoors biking the seawall, hanging out at the beach, or sipping some Happy Hour bevies with friends on the patios, but FIRST, I'll be hitting up the gyms and fitness studios.

My specialty in Real Estate is Buyers, more specifically, First Time Buyers and Relocation. As I relocated to Vancouver a few years ago, I know firsthand just how scary moving here can be, BUT that is where I come in. With my knowledge of downtown Vancouver and the surrounding areas, I'll take all that home search weight off your shoulders, and together we'll find you a place that checks off all your boxes.
